When I first contacted Donna to see if she was interested in designing a marketing flyer for our business, the response I received was “Sure I would love to”. At the time I made contact the flyer was nothing more then an idea. Donna was very patient in the coming days while I got together all the information I could so that she had something to work with. After finally sending her the jumbled mess of information I had put together we were very surprised the next day to see that Donna had emailed me the first proof of the flyer design. It was instantly clear that we were dealing with someone who was not only professional but very talented with her work. Over the next day or so while I brainstormed with my fellow workers, Donna was again extremely patient and also offered us many ideas to maximise the appeal of our flyer to the type of customer we were trying to target. Every pedantic detail that we threw her way was met with a “I can do that”.
